Has anyone over 300 lbs. used an Urban Rebounder or any other indoor trampoline with success?
I have been working since July to watch what I eat, and have been successful at losing 36 lbs so far. I'm now starting to feel ready to integrate exercise, but I *hate* walking/jogging, and can't keep up with most exercise tapes. I've been doing research and have heard a lot of positive feedback for using a trampoline for high-aerobic exercise without the negative impact on your joints, and I'm thinking about purchasing one for home use.
I found the Urban Rebounder and it seems to have the highest weight limit at 300 lbs, but I'm currently at 348 lbs. I'm wondering if anyone out there over 300 lbs has used this successfully for awhile? I know it might wear out faster, but I'm mainly concerned about popping a spring. Can anyone tell me if they've done this?

I explored that also and read the 300 lb limit....also the same on many recumbant bike which are low impact and burn many calories....I did find a mountain bike that will accommodate my weight but it hurts my back a lot....I do swim daily and use my house work as excercise time as well. I will keep you in mind if I find anything else.
