How worthwhile is the Rev 10 exerciser?

Can anyone tell me what exactly this thing _does_ and how you use it? The web site only has still photographs (no video) and doesn't describe any exercises.
My situation is that I am looking to keep in shape (toned, not with huge muscles) by exercising at home, without buying a Nautilus or Bowflex. I use the Perfect Pushup, made by the same company, and it helps with my upper body. Can anyone recommend the Rev 10 for abs or is it a gimmick?

Try kettlebell workouts.They are awesome!Billy Blanks has an amped workout with a weighted bar thats a whole lot cheaper and very effective.
