my mom purchase this aerobic twisting stepper and it says use it 3 times a week for 20 min a day do you think it will be ok if i use it everyday for 20 min? Do you think/and how soon, will I see results?
Don't just go at it everyday from the start...build it up slowly! Otherwise you will be straining muscles and hurting yourself. Always start slowly and build up for maximum effect. Give your muscle time to warm up and cool down.
