Torn meniscus rehab?

I recently had surgery to remove part of my torn meniscus, and I am wondering what the recovery time is like? I had it done a week ago today and I already feel much better and am able to ride a stationary bike. I hoping that my total recovery time (surgery to sprinting all out) will be around a month. I am in high school right now and involved in many sports, so I have a fairly strong knee. Please answer if you've been in a similar situation.

Your time line sounds right.
I had mine done five days ago and am feeling pretty good and walking without assistance. I will be back to work within the week active nursing. So you should be able to run withint he month.
